Refund Policy

ScaleBissoffers a 14-day free trial to new users, during which you can explore the platform's features. No credit card is required to start the trial, and you are not charged during it. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to decide whether ScaleBiss is right for your business before subscribing.

Once the free trial ends and you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are generally non-refundable. The free trial exists so you can evaluate all the Services first. If you are unsatisfied, you may cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. If you have already subscribed, you can cancel to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

Charges for a ScaleBissplan, WhatsApp conversation credits, add-ons, one-time setup or chatbot development fees, and any third-party integrations are non-refundable, due to the nature of the service and the costs incurred to provide it — including Meta's per-conversation charges, which are billed by Meta and cannot be reversed by us.

If you experience continuous technical issues that prevent you from using the Services effectively, and our support team verifies those issues, a partial or full refund may be granted at ScaleBiss's discretion.

If you notice unauthorized or fraudulent charges, please contact our support team immediately. If such claims are verified, ScaleBiss will issue a full refund of the unauthorized amount.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and refunds are not provided for the remaining period, except under special circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
